This Privacy Policy describes how Fly By Junk Haulers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website or services.
Last updated: October 12, 2026.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or schedule a pickup. This may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, and any notes you provide about your project.
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

- Schedule and confirm pickup appointments
- Send you service-related communications
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of our website may not function properly.
Advertising and Measurement
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how people find and use our website and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. They may collect your IP address, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you to our site.
When you send us a request on our website, we may send your email address and phone number to Google. Google’s tools scramble them into a code (a hash) in your browser before they are sent. Google uses the code only to match your request to an ad you may have clicked, so we can tell which ads lead to customers. We do not send your name or the details of your project. You can manage how Google uses ad data at adssettings.google.com.
We also save the page you were on when you sent a request, the first page of your visit, where you came from, and any ad tags in the link. We attach them to your request in our website and in our scheduling software, Workiz, so we know which marketing brought you to us.
We do not sell your personal information. Google and Meta have their own privacy policies that describe how they handle information.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at flyby@flybyjunkhaulers.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated date.
